Little Caesars in Williamsburg

Hot n ready? Not!!!!! Just picked up a pizza, it was old and cold! Never again using this location! Don't know what the label means, if it was made at 5 o'clock, it was 4 hours old!

Took a while but everything was fresh.

Meh, it's Little Caesar's. Nothing like papa John's but it is cheap, have to give them credit for not raising prices like everyone else.

Waited over 20 mins for a hot and ready pizza at dinner time, we wont use this location again!!

The food was very hot, very fresh, the people here are friendly. Not a bad place for a quick bite!

This location on Monticello in Williamsburg is disgusting!! Understaffed all the time. Employees are over worked, the place is dirty. My pizza was hard and tasted like flour. I love little Ceasers but NOT THIS LOCATION

Decent pizza at a great price. Friendly and helpful people.

Walked in to get a few of the hot and ready pizzas. It was dead. There were 4-5 employees in the back. There's no way that they didn't see me or hear the extremely loud bell when I came in. Yet I stood there for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. When they did, they barely spoke when they took my order. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. My "hot and ready"p took about 15 minutes to be ready. I won't be back.

Really wanted to give this a 2.5 the thin crust pizza is phenomenal you cannot beat that quality for that price but unfortunately if you want to get ahold of them you've got to call them eight times or more and I order at least once a week. Step up the customer service and you probably be five stars

There app to order on line is very helpful in getting you product quickly without a hastle.

Food is good, staff is friendly, but during evening hours you do usually have to wait for -what should be- a "Hot n' Ready" pizza.

I don't know who this new glorious woman is who works there but oh man. She is wonderful. Very polite, greets us promptly whenever we walk through the door. The pizza looks better and isn't burnt or a hot mess like it used to be. She is a good change for Little Ceasars.

Little Caesars, at least this location, lacks for the "Ready" when it comes to Hot and Ready pizzas. This franchise location seems best suited for a will call-style pick up where the customer has placed his or her order online. I've visited this location at least 3 times and each time had to wait.

I preordered 6 pizzas for my sons birthday a few days in advance when I arrived to pick up the pizzas they were ready to go I was very impressed because not only was it only 32 dollars for 6 large pizzas but they were good like better then Domino’s definitely returning for future birthday needs

Little Caesar Pizza has the lowest price pizza I know . We enjoy it.

Ok pizza ok wings ok employees Great prices- less than frozen pizza and much easier. The order ahead is nice but I don't really like the hot food cabinet. I have found that I have to heat it up again once I get it home because it's not really hot or fresh. But it's convenient...

I ordered by phone, and the personvtaking my order didn't ask for my name. When I asked, she said my number pulled up, so she didn't need it.When I reached the store, I was asked what's the name. I told them the person didn't want it cause they had my number. The person asking me then said we don't do that. We only take names. I told her someone here took my number only, and she kept insisting, we don't do that here. She was very rude, and didn't care that I wasted my time coming to the store and having to order again. So, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If anyone knows who owns this business, please tell him to train their workers, especially in customer service.

Food is excellent. However, severely understaffed and busy at times. If you don't mind the wait well worth it.

The pizza was good once we requested more sauce, since pizza is a tomato pie. The employee was strange, shifty, asking other employee to sign her in at his register then him sign in at hers, a lot of crazy stuff....she was a fast talker and several customers there at the same time questioned what was going on exactly. Wings were not good. Bestest pizza has maybe 5 more pepperoni on it.

The food is decent and you get what you pay for but the management can be a bit moody sometimes.

Great way to feed a family of 7 for under $20! Great service and pizzas are hot and fresh. On Friday nights and weekends, there may be a wait time. The longest wait has been up to 10 minutes.

Quick & frugal option for our family of 6

Usually the service there is amazing. However I went in there today to get a pizza that was in the waiting oven hot and ready. The one person that was working refused to wait on anybody. Continued to make pizzas without even acknowledging that three different people were waiting. The guy before me said he had been waiting 10 minutes prior to me coming in to get a hot and ready already made pizza and wasn’t acknowledged. Not to mention the guy making the pizzas was coughing all over the pizzas. This employee should not be working in the food industry or any industry for that matter. I will not be going there again. So I left and went to the subway next door and they were awesome, friendly and ATTENTIVE. the sub was great !!

Worst little chasers ever !! Will never return the white short hair blonde lady (short hair like a boy cut ) was so rude !! Didn’t do anything to her and she didn’t even fix my food right. She always had an attitude when I come in there because I like pizza well done . Other times she damn near burnt my pizza !! When I got it , it was white... I’ve been there plenty of times and for her to treat me that way must be some type of rasict. ! Fire her ! Will be calling and reporting tomorrow.. also when to process the transaction she walked away and didn’t return with a receipt or anything ! Just left .

The pizzas are goid ,but the girls at the front are very rude,especially aa girl from the back.

I hadn't been to a Little Caesars Pizza before. I was going to order and wait for 6 pizzas for a church children's carolling and gift exchange. The organizer told me what to order, 3 cheese and 3 pepperoni $5 pizzas. I got there and told the woman at the counter what I wanted and she said that will be $33 for you want bread something or others and your pizzas will be ready in 12 minutes. Wait what 12 minutes, that was cool. I could also use GPay added bonus. While waiting I realized from the signs that I could have ordered and paid online and they have a warmer where you just pop in and pick up your order. Nice.

My daughter really wanted Little Caesar's. We called and ordered 2 custom made pizzas. They were ready when we arrived to pick them up, but after we got to our resort, we realized they were both wrong. I called the store and they were apologetic, offering to make them again or we could go back the next day and they would remake them for us. We had been traveling that day and decided to wait. The employees were friendly and helpful.The next day we went back and ordered the same 2 custom pizzas again. They were made and we took them back to our resort. One of the pizzas was correct, the second one was completely wrong. We won't be back again...maybe hot and ready pizzas are their thing at this location...get your custom pizza elsewhere.

We made a large order for a school group, and it was easily accommodated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even helped us carry it out to the car. The pizza was good quality, too--sometimes large orders means many cold or weird looking pizzas. Thanks!

I ordered my pizza over the phone. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. He said the pizza would be ready in 11 minutes. We got there 15 minutes later. A lady ( I think the manager) asked me my name and told me my pizza was in the oven. Which was fine so I waited. About 8 minutes later another employee asked me my name and she walked over to the hotbox and took out a pizza. I told her that the other lady said my pizza was in the oven. She told me the other lady ( I think a manager) never checks the box. So I paid and I noticed a sign that says they give free bread sticks if they don't offer it. So I got free bread sticks. Unfortunately they were raw and we couldn't eat them. The pizza wasn't bad. I got the one that had cheese in the crust. It actually stayed in the crust. So many places that offer it the cheese usually leaks out.

They Have Great Pizza ! N It's Definitely Hot N Ready.

Took 45 minutes to get a single pizza just normal pepperoni. People were served before I was.
